High Temperature Pumps
The average submersible pump isn’t built for the high temperatures of some applications. Industrial Flow Solutions™ manufactures and supplies a wide range of high temperature submersible systems designed to handle extreme operating conditions. These high temperature pumps are necessary where liquids are too hot for conventionally built submersible pumps.
High Temperature Pump Capabilities
Industrial Flow Solutions’ high temperature sump pumps are capable of handling water temperatures up to 200°F (39°C). They are durable and reliable even with 24/7 continuous operation.
High temperature submersible pumps are made of cast iron or stainless steel with thermal protection. They can be used to pump corrosive, non-corrosive, clear or solid-laden liquids depending on the type of pump. These include, but are not limited to: high temp abrasion resistant pumps, high temp heavy duty pumps, high temp non-clog pumps, high temp shredding pumps and high temp waste water pumps.
All of Industrial Flow Solutions’ high temperature pumps are built to meet the National Electric Code.
High Temperature Pump Applications
From industrial wastewater to hot spring discharge, boiler blow downs to hot water rinses, high temperature pumps are used in a wide range of industries. High temperature pumps are available for solids handling, dewatering and slurry pump applications where the liquids are too hot for conventionally built submersible pumps.
